I'm based at PureGym London Bermondsey, in the Biscuit Factory at 100 Drummond Road, London SE16 4DG. I coach clients from across Bermondsey and nearby areas including Rotherhithe, Surrey Quays, and Canada Water.

Personal training in London usually runs around £40 to £70 a session. My packages start from £239 a month for one session a week at PureGym London Bermondsey, plus the workouts I write for you to do on your own days, a nutrition plan built around your goals, and a Sunday WhatsApp check-in. We'll walk through the right package for you on your free Kickstart Session.

Yes, every monthly package includes one — a calorie target, rough macro split, and the eating principles that actually stick around your week. I'm a Level 3 PT, not a registered dietitian, so it's general healthy-eating guidance rather than advice for specific medical conditions.

It's an in-person session at PureGym London Bermondsey, about an hour, completely free. The first half is a relaxed chat about where you're at, what you want to achieve, and what's been getting in the way. The second half we get on the gym floor and run through a few basic movements — a squat, that kind of thing — so you can feel how I coach and I can see how you move. Think of it as a free trial. No pressure, no sales pitch. If we're a good fit, we take it from there; if not, I'll point you somewhere that is.

Yes, two ways. The first is live coaching over Zoom — same structure as my in-person sessions, just remote. The second is programming-only, where I write the workouts for you to do on your own time and we check in over WhatsApp each week. Both are good options if you can't make it to PureGym London Bermondsey in person, or you travel a lot and want consistency.
